Message from the President

Welcome to the South Dakota Section of the Society for Range Management (SRM)! SD SRM works to promote the sustainable management of rangelands, ensuring that these landscapes remain productive, resilient, and beneficial for future generations. We’re committed to supporting ranchers and partners in their efforts to foster biodiversity, soil health, and water quality. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we empower those who steward our rangelands to meet the challenges of today while preserving resources for tomorrow. Thank you for your interest and support in sustaining South Dakota’s vital rangeland ecosystems!!
